How can I organize my freebies?

I get a lot of freebie notifiers in my e-mail, so I'm
now trying to divert them to a separate e-mail account,
just for my freebie sites. If you don't want to do
that, simply set up a separate folder, and transfer all
the freebie notifiers into the folder to look at when
you have time.
